I purchased 2 pair of shorts on May 28th free shipping "yea right". Online entered billing address a P.O.
Box and shipping address, because they won't deliver to P.O. Box. Called June 6th customer service said how close to Muskogee are you the box is at the post office can you pick it up there? I said that town is 35 minutes away, does it say Muskogee anywhere on my shipping or billing info?
No Mamm she replied, please hold. Then came back to say we have 7-10 business days it will be at your post office by Wednesday 6/12. Fine thank you. Friday 6/14 I called and was told the box was still in Muskogee, but don't fret I will send out a new box and overnight it, great.
6/21 no box, no refund, no apology, no more business from Oklahoma. Holly
