On black Friday, I ordered the wanted Prague lace up boots from Delia's thinking that it would arrive in a week. However, about two days after my Mom's credit card was already charged, I was informed that the shoes had been back-ordered and that they wouldn't arrive at the store until the 15th.

Since then, I'be been trying to reach customer service in hopes of getting an update but no one ever replies. I'm just about ready to cancel my order but I feel as if it's too late already.

This has truly been a disappointing experience and I wish I had known about these complains before I actually had to file one for my self. In simple terms, don't make the same mistake I did, don't trust the Delia's site!
