Made an online purchase which included converse shoes. I used a 50% promo and submitted my purchase online.
Over a week later I received an email from Delia's stating the discount was applied incorrectly so they returned my shoes and refunded the money. This is not a proper way to handle business. If you go into a store and the item is priced incorrectly then you pay the price on the ticket. I think it was wrong for Delia's to return a Christmas item I already paid for because of an error on their end.
So now I am returning the other items purchased. Just lost a faithful customer.
